I was really upset when the stone from my grandmother's ring I always wear suddenly fell out. I heard about the design studio at Chiccarine's from a friend and went to check it out. Not only were they able to help me fix my grandmother's ring, but I was also able to redesign certain other aspects to make it even more special to me. It was such a cool experience.
