Citrus is a beautiful salon. The stylist seem nice. I only had color and blow dry, and she was great! Monika was so funny and fast. But most importantly she nailed it! My color is so hard to do because I have hard water, and Monika just got it! Oh and my blow out was the BEST I've EVER EVER! No worries ladies! I have full faith in her for all of you!

Oct2012, I had an amazing experience at Citrus Salon and Spa. Monica was so well educated and the proof is in my hair color. And it feels like silk AFTER getting a full head of blond foils. Megan gave me a cut that I've been trying to communicate to other salons but Megan was the only one that understood my language. If you are reading this because you need a colorist/stylist that you can trust, I assure you Monica will be 100% perfect for your color. She even worked with my budget, now NO salon has ever cared about me to that point. She all of the work that my hair required and was very generous by working with my $100 budget. 5 STARS!!!!!

MY WHOLE FAMILY GOES TO CITRUS. I've been going to Citrus for hair cuts and highlights for at least six years and my husband and three sons also go there for cuts. Dina is our stylist and she never disappoints. She always does exactly as I ask and my color and cut look great in spite of my fine and flyaway hair.

The whole staff at Citrus is professional and kind, and the shampoos are heavenly. Appointment scheduling is a breeze, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. I would highly recommend the services at Citrus.

VERY GOOD SHAMPOO AND BLOWDRY. i have been going to Citrus Salon for 5 years now. I have long hair and get weekly blowouts by Nicole Meyers. She is very good at getting my hair straight and looking great. I also like that Citrus is open on Sundays and Nicole is available for all services. Nicole is pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

EXTENSIONS FALL OUT, TERRIBLE COLOR. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR $$ HERE!



I GOT EXTENSTIONS PUT IN THE OTHER DAY AND 3 OF THEM FELL RIGHT OUT IN THE SHOWER THE FIRST WASH!! I ALSO HAD THEM DIED DARKER SINCE THEY WERE ORIGINALLY WAY TOO LIGHT AND THAT ALSO WASHED RIGHT OUT THE FIRST TIME!! WHEN I WENT BACK IN TO TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT IT. WHAT A WASTE. I REGRET EVER GOING THERE TO GET THIS TREATMENT DONE. NOT TO MENTION I PAID $25O FOR IT.

awful color and service. First - the pro - I had a great massage - recommend Bernadette!

Second - the negative - I had my hair highlighted and found pieces after I left that were poorly done - spots of hair without color on the same strand. I called to set up a time to come in to have it fixed - both the receptionist and the colorist were completely unaccommodating basically stating 'oh well we can't help you if you can't make it in at these specific times' ! I called back to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers available. AWFUL customer service! Don't waste your time or money here - there's a very good chance you'll be disappointed.

Center City Prices, Hair Cuttery Style. I have yet to find someone there who can give a truly decent haircut. There is always something wrong, and I do mean wrong: the layers don't blend right, the bottom isn't nicely cut, the hair just hangs. The stylists don't seem to have the talent or training to match the prices they charge, which keep going up. I'd rather not have to go downtown to get my hair done, but I may as well. Either that, or go to the the Hair Cuttery. I'm tired of getting bad haircuts from this place.

Just go to Jolie. The place is big, and beautiful, and most of the staff is nice but the hair is SO outdated!!! I talked with my stylist about adding sun kissed highlights that catch the light and then had my hair wrapped in foils in the same pattern as everywhere else. My hair looks no different than when I go anywhere else. This place is all talk and my blowout was SO outdated.

Excellent hair styling. Great talent here. I had styling and color and the results are super. I love the way this salon looks and offers everything.
