Real Wood Windows. It's been years since we installed their windows, but I'm still peeved about it. Windows arrived very dirty; one had a corner crushed; pre-primed but they'd painted over sawdust so frames were very rough and needed lots of sanding before painting with a finish coat; glazing compound had to be trimmed off every pane. They improperly measured one window and did not provide all the required hardware for my contractor. The contractor had nothing good to say about them. They refused to replace the damaged window and were defensive and unhelpful. This was over 5 years ago, and they were having some problems at their factory, so I hope they're better now. But there were so many issues that I think others should be forewarned.
