Great Local Gym. Very helpful staff.....it had been a while since I had worked out and the owner helped me devise a plan that I could work on and advance at my own pace. They are always willing to listen to new ideas.or suggestions. Equipment is well maintained and the place is clean and well kept. Very supportive of community groups ad have a bulletin board where you can post local events.

PERFECT. Really nice and friendly staff.......clean and has a refreshing hometown feel....definitely a nice place to tan OR workout !!!

horrible place. The gym is crowded, overpriced and lacks equipment. The amount of money you pay you can go to any other neighborhood gym like Kinetix that has much more to offer. Oh, and ladies be careful of your man, the owner is all over the men in there. She creates a lot of problems for a lot of people.
