Love F&G salon!. I suggest anyone who wants their hair done beautifully go see Jess O. at this salon. I have not once been disappointed, and me and my mom have been going there for years. Sure it's expensive, but it's WELL worth it. I must admit, the receptionist lack personality and kindness, but you only deal with them for 5 minutes. Jess can color, cut, style, anything you want! I have never once left there dissatisfied with my hair. Jess really is the best in town. I get so many compliments after I get my hair done there, and I've had it all, short, long, brunette, blonde, and she did everything. Best stylist out there!!!

Don't Go Here!. I stopped going here after 6 years. They are WAY overpriced and for the life of me I can't understand why I continued to go? The front desk is so rude. And I had such a bad experience the last time I went there I will never return. A friend of mine also left this place. She said after 3 years she was 15 minutes late and the stylist refused to cut her hair (she wouldn't even come out and tell her just made the front desk tell her to leave). Don't use Andrea for cut, nails or make up (she claims to be good at all). The girls are clicky and walk around in such a ridiculous amount of arrogance. Hate this place. Don't go here. WAY too much money for Way to much attitude!

Best stylists and Customer service. If you have curly, thick or curly or thick hair or you're just looking for a good stylist, make an appointment now. They were wonderful. I was thrilled with everything. The stylists are knowledgeable and the staff is friendly! I felt completely welcomed.

great stylist but unfriends receptionist.. My hair stylist is the best. She makes me feel great when I have my done by her. The worst part about coming to the salon during the week day is the 2 women that work the front desk during the week day. They are both, rude, arrogant, unprofessional and need a lesson in customer service. The women Pattie will roll her eyes at you when you are trying to make a appointment....!!!!! .

Upscale salon with poor customer service. A beautiful trendy salon with great talent, yet the worst service I ever experienced in my life. The receptionists are snappy, rude and at best, ignorant. Not sure who they think they are. Its a shame too because I liked my cut color and my waxing svcs, but when I went to pay, the receptionists didnt acknowledge me for at least 5 minutes, then asked me if I was checking in or out,. Didnt I look like I just had my hair done??? When i went to rebook, she acted like I was bothering her, eye roll, deep sighing and all!!

I said forget about it and just left. Ill never go back which is a shame for the girls that worked on me.

I have been to many salons over all the world and this salon is equal to the best in the U.S. and Europe. Francesco and Giovanni are true style geniuses. They also have a staff that is just as professional and well trained as they are. I have been to many of the stylists in the salon and can honestly say I have never been disappointed. It is a beautiful salon without being uppity or stuck up. It still retains thats warm comfortable relaxing feeling that make the entire experience a real treat. The spa salon is also a luxurious experience. I think it has everything you need to keep yourself looking and feeling good . The staff make you feel like family. It is by far the best salon in Eastern PA.

Disaster. It was a disaster. And for $140.00, I want it to be GREAT! I had my hair done here 3 times. Each time my colorist was late, then I sat around being shuffled among other customers and stylists. Only to find out that my appointment was screwed up and noone was available to cut my hair. I'll never go back again.

WE loved it ALL. I've been to this salon & spa several occasions. Each time, I am never disappointed. My cut is always precise the color is great.

It's worth it's weight in gold!!

WOW!. This spa was beyond great. Beautiful surroundings treatments to die for. I went with a friend. We both had the spa sampler and enjoyed every minute. We're going back for the whole day next time.
