One of the best places to go for reliable Insurance & Serv!. I been dealing with Jack Rabbit for more than 10 yrs. and I never had a problem with Joe and his staff. The two comments listed must don't interact with people very often and to say that it's a place for illegals to get plates. This is what you call judging the book by it's cover and not reading the material to understand the content. Just because a place is filled with another nationality other then yours tells me this person is a racist and a hypocrite. By all means, stop by the Norristown office and introduce yourself to Joe and you'll see what I mean by getting the personal touch of this company. A+++++ Service and Dedication to Customers!!!!!!

SO So at best. Fair service, but location is less then one would hope. Kind of dirty and in bad area. Messenger service is poor. At least for walk through service of my inspection stickers. This is headquaters for tag work for illegals. Office was loaded from counter to door with illegals getting plates

This review is libelous and racist. Apparently this reviewer perceives that hispanic people who patronize a business located in a diverse community are automatically illegal aliens and not U.S. citizens or legal residents. We proudly and gratefully serve every single one of our customers regardless of their gender, race, sexual-orientation or creed.

Terrible service, Smelly office avoid at all costs. Office is in a bad area and smells terrible. Service was poor!! Staff did not seem to know what they were doing. Stay away from this office if you want your work done right

If Markley Street is a bad area, then I'm 20 ft tall and have 6 heads. What exactly did the staff seem to not know? Transfering vehicle titles and renewing vehicle registrations is not exactly rocket science.
I suspect this review came from an envious competitor. Please stop the pettiness.
