RUINED VALENTINE'S DAY.
Petals Florist does not know sh$*t about customer service!!! They ruined my Valentine's Day surprise for my girlfriend and didn't do anything to make it up to me. These incompetent morons delivered my flowers a day before Valentine's because they thought the weather would be bad. I'm sorry you have to drive in the snow, but SO DO THE REST OF US!!! If I can get to work with an inch of snow on the ground, you can deliver flowers on the day you're supposed to. THANKS FOR NOTHING.
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Find another shop that understands service.
