Unsurpassable!! Most complete package. I am getting married august 21 and chose to have my wedding at presidential. This choice is the one choice that I feel absolutely awesome about!! I recommend them to everyone I come in contact with that may be getting married. They have the most complete package, you barely have to worry about anything...u can choose sit down or buffet, no worries about finding a separate person for the cake, flowers, decor..i mean its just one stop and they are family owned so they care! truly. I went to a food taste testing there and my family thoroughly loved it!! it was such a nice evening and it gave me a feel of what my guests will experience that day. The servers/butlers were great, meredith and her brother(apologize i dont remember names) however they came to each persons table as many times as needed to answer questions throughout the night. Whenever U have questions I email them and they get back to me in minutes! :-) They are just awesome!!! and I couldn't find a place in the area that compares...I can't wait til my day!! and I know it will go perfect because I trust these guys...THanks team at Presidential.

Excellent Service and Food. I recently got married in December at Presidential Caterers. I am still getting phone calls at how wonderful everything was. We got the most beautiful pictures in the lobby by the Grand Christmas Tree and Sleigh. The food was excellent! The pastry table was so elaborate. Gus and Meredith helped me with everything from our invitations, flowers, and favors. Their attention to detail helped make my wedding perfect. I will recommend everyone to this facility!

Excellent... beyond our expectation. I have to write a review after having my wedding at this facility. From the moment we walked into the building the pressures of having a wedding reception were taken away. Both Gus and Meredith in sales were a pleasure to work with, answered all our phone calls, emails and concerns quickly. Usually I would hear back from them within the hour I left messages. EXCELLENT customer service. The building looks brand new. There is never any wear and tear, the make changes before they are even necessary. The food is not what we expected at a wedding. It was HOT, elegant, and delicious. First Class facility..

Staff needs customer service skills. I am getting married in the near future and chose to have my wedding at presidential, the venue is beautiful, haven't tried the food yet (heard it was mediocre), when you meet with them they reel you right in and the GUS is nice, HOWEVER I have had to call a few times to ask questions in regards to my wedding etc. I found that once you give them your money they dont call, keep in contact, inform you of what to do next, cake, flowers, food selections, I have had to pull everything out of them as if I have done this 50 times in my life and I should just know the next step. When I call I believe it was the wife and daughter I have spoken to on numerous occasions and in all honesty I do not know how they maintain a business like this with such lack of sincerity and ignorance. Everytime I have called it sounds like your bothering them, they have no excitement in there voice, just give you yes no answers and are short n brief. I am sooo disgusted. I am assuming that they are so filthy rich and caught on the "belief" that they have the best facility as they state "they arent the cheapest, there not the most expensive, but there the most complete!" yes complete but lacking in customer service. When you are planning a wedding, you are excited, its one of the biggest days of your life and to receive an ill feeling from one of the most important aspects of the day is not a good feeling. I was comfortable going with because its family owned and I thought that was something that made me feel at ease, that I could trust them and communication would be easy because they all are in close contact. I truly believe that there success has went to their heard, there is no genuine sincerity from them. If you are tired of weddings and weddings don't excite you anymore then get out of the business of weddings because you put a huge damper on a brides day when you make her feel like she can't communicate or turn to you because you are inconveniencing them. If this isn't the case then PLEASE learn customer service and be courteous when someone calls, even if its something you have told 50 brides, at least try to act like you care. With a business communication is key, politeness is key, and appreciation of your clients is key for they are the reason you are in business...

This is a harsh comment posted. The staff at Presidential Caterers is a family owned and opported business that takes a great deal of pride in their customers. The sell to each customer that comes to their facility and they work each wedding at the facility. Their is no facility in the area that can give you that much of attention.
