Like Cheers, where everyone knows your name.. I eat here at least one a week for lunch. Food is great & the employees are too. Yes, I been in here when the counter girl turns away and can be rude at times. But, she was always walking to the back to hand a order slip of the last order. Though, I don't think the blond counter girl works there anymore. White pizza, Chicken Parm and Meatball Sandwhich are my favorite!

Whats worse Bad Service or Bad Food?. I just had the worst chicken parm sandwich, EVER.

When my girlfriend and I first arrived at Pizza Mia we were greeted by a young lady who instantly turned her back to us for about a minute or two...no hello, just a back to stare at. All the while she mumbled under her breath to the younger guy she was working with. (Although barley audiable, it was clearly comments directed towards my girlfriend and I) Finally, she turns to us looks, down at her pad and says "Are you ready to order or what?"

I ordered a large cheese pizza, a chicken parm sandwich, and I TRIED to order a side of fries. Needless to say the fries never made it in the order. After her male friend got done seeing the order, he instantly gave my girlfriend and I very obnoxious stare. (Sort of like a prison stare down). I guess he wasnt thrilled at making the food an hour before closing.

His distaste in the order was clearly shown in the sandwich he prepared for me. He toasted a roll, slapped some sauce on the roll, put a little (Little being the word here) cheese on top of the sauce and then slapped a tiny chicken breast on top. Packaged up nicely, upside down in the box. It had to be one of the most poorly made sandwiches I have ever seen. The sauce had such a strange aftertaste to it. Nice to be kicked in the nuts with a terrible sandwich after shelling out six bucks for it. On the only positive note, the pizza was actually quite tasty.

I dont like to complain. I work in customer service for a living so I do understand about having a bad day. When I actually go through the trouble of posting this visit on this website, you can rest assured that this is a place to avoid. With all of the locations you can go to, to choose a pizza, why not visit a place where you can get top notch service and excellent food?

Please stop sending Faxes to me everyday with your stupid menu!!!!!!. To be honest, I used to be a big fan until middle of 2006. Food went completely south. I think they must have cahnged people in the back.....Now, I think their business has slowed so much at lunch they are sending UNWANTD faxes out every day with their stupid menu on it. I get 5 every week even though I have told them to stop.

Charlies Pizza or Via Veneto are must better choices>>>>

best pizza shop in town. this place is the best. the pizza is new york style they have everything you want. They have the best staff. I would rather eat here then any fine dinning restaurant. The delievery drivers are the fastest in town.
