To prospective renters, if you are looking for an affordable but huge apartment in West Chester, this is the perfect location.
The downsides are there are no balconys and not a swimming pool or maintanence that live on site like some nearby complexes but upsides are there is a fitness center next door, several parks and tons of shopping centers nearby and as for the apts they only two floors and 4 apartments to a building which equals = lots of peace and quiet! management and maintenance seem to fix issues within a few days span which has been a great experience for me,compared to other places i've lived before! I would check it out…
