Great service. Always easy to schedule a service appt. When you arrive, the check in is quick and easy. After checking in, you wait in a clean waiting room that includes a tv, coffee, water, soda, tea and light snacks. There is also free wireless. The service is always completed sooner than promised and they are good about informing you of issues, but not pressuring you to fix them; rather, they educate you as to what may or may not be necessary at the time. I bought my car here in 2006 and have continued to service it here ever since. Car is running great 7 years later. Thank you, Piazza Acura of West Chester!

I was in and out in 45 minutes, start to finish. Very responsive team that did only what was needed and took the time to show why. I love the vehicle and the service.

We used to use another local Honda dealership for 30 years but switched to Piazza because the service department at the other Honda dealership has gone down hill. In my 4 most recent experiences, I encountered rudeness and incompetence. I sent the dealership's manager a letter detailing my concerns and received no response. I was very impressed with Piazza's professionalism and will be purchasing my new cars there in the future.

I bought my TSX at this dealership four years ago and have had it serviced there since purchase. Service personnel are knowledgeable and attentive and the service has been excellent every time. Issues are addressed immediately and with customer satisfaction as the ultimate goal.

The Piazza Acura of West Chester dealership has always given me excellent service. I would recommend them highly. The service waiting time is always short which is important to me since I have a very tight schedule. I am in and out in no time.

I had an excellent experience with buying the ILX. My salesman, Brent, provided great service.. He walked me through all the features of the car, let me know about different packages available and was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any question I had. When it came to the actually purchase the business manager made it a seamless process and was friendly and knowledgeable as well. Overall, my best car buying experience to date. Looking forward to continue working with Piazza Acura of West Chester in the future!

I had a wonderful experience with your staff on Nov. 21st when I brough in my car which did not responded well with the gas pedal and met a staff at your service dept, Stuart. He was not only cordial but also very knowledgeable that he could figure it out.

Carefully check your bills. When you buy a car there, you are supposed to have lifetime pa inspections for free. Not so-every other time they hit you up for it. Oh, and expect to pay $130 for an oil change and tire rotation--even when you tell them not to rotate the tires. Also, when you leave the car there for an entire day, they are supposed to hand wash it--that's part of why you pay $130 for an oil change. But 99% of the time, instead they give you a car wash coupon and tell you to go get it yourself so you end up paying in the end by tipping, etc. Another thing-expect the thing that's wrong to be the worst possible thing--not the inexpensive fix--or at least that's what they will tell you. Finally, most dealers will tell you about a coupon on their website that applies to the service--not this dealership. I had an bill for several hundred dollars today and had they mentioned the coupon, I could have saved 10%. Happy Holidays Piazza Acura of West Chester!!!!!! For seven years we have been having all of our service done here faithfully but today we are done.
