Beautiful riverside setting!. After shopping in the glass and pottery store and watching glass being handblown and shaped, you will be treated to a wonderful meal in a lovely setting at Simon Pearce. Sit in the lower room for a peaceful view of the Brandywine. The wine list is not terribly large, but the selections are good and will provide an excellent accompaniment to your meal. The food is inventive, but not silly in its innovation. The ingredients are of the highest quality and many are local. A choice spot to enjoy a quiet romantic dinner or to dine with friends.

Nearby gem!. No need to go into the city for a great dining experience! My husband & I went to Simon Pearce with another couple and had a wonderful evening. Despite the white linen table cloths, our casual dress was fine. The service was attentive and professional, but not stuffy. Super wine list for all budgets. The food was delicious with nice portion sizes. I had mushroom bisque (probably from Kennett Mushrooms) which was thick, creamy & flavorful. My filet entree was even better. All of us were pleased & will return soon!

What a cool concept!. Went to Simon Pearce with my wife the other night. Food was great, nice staff and excellent wine list! On top of being a great spot with a fantastic view of the Brandywine River, they have awesome glassware and pottery for sale in the retail shop. Enjoyed watching the glassblowers making glass pitchers when we were there. It was a winner for us!

Best of the Best. Great Food, Great Service, Great View!!! Great Giftshop and a chance to watch the dying art of glass blowing up close! Very Expensive, but well worth the ride and the expense!
