1 star is too many....
Exhorbitant price for a very small bath but I needed it done quickly. Wrong paint color (White Dove instead of White BM trim I requested). They painted the grout all around the room. One sloppy coat didn't cover and there are drips everywhere!! On the walls, floor... They painted over something that feels like sand on the window sill. The cutting was wildly off in most places.
It was a very easy job and it took two guys - including the owner - one morning to mess it up this badly. He offered to fix it but everything was wrong and I didn't trust him to do it right the second time either.
