All I have ever had is maintenance experience--no equipment failures or the like---so my experience is somewhat limited. But I can say that the technician that does the work has been on time or ahead of schedule at the time of each inspection. He is does his work promptly and cheerfully. So far I am very satisfied.

I spoke with them at 8 am and my air conditioning was fixed by 1 pm the same day! Jerrry was great.

Signature inspected my whole heating and cooling system to ensure it was working correctly and submitted a compettivie bid to install a new furnace and A/C. They were responsive, clean and showed up as promised.

Two thumbs up. As a 4 time homeowner over a 30 year period, I've used more than 6 separate companies in that time. I called Signature on the suggestion of a neighbor when we first moved to West Chester and the experience with them was excellent. The technician who arrived was professional, polite, knew what he was doing and there wasn't a need to call them back to "fix the fix." The billing was very reasonable and they didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Also, they apparently know how to install geothermal systems which, if you don't know, is about as close to getting "free" energy as you can get. Try to find another local firm that truly understands geothermal AND traditional HVAC! If I sell this place and build a home, I'll definitely be calling these guys to design a system. I don't normally write reviews for anything or anyone, but I have to put my 2 cents in on this company. Also, they aren't owned by some large corporate parent that demands increasing sales every quarter. They seem to be locally owned by reputable people. I give them two thumbs up.

I will definitely refer you. I called you when I had no heat, and you came out the same day, and fixed my problem. I was very impressed with everyone that I dealt with from Signature; you make it very easy to do business. I will definitely refer you, and please use me as a reference.

Very impressed. I was very impressed with the quality of the work, and your personnel. The professional appearance of everything from vehicles to employees was something that was great to see. Our new heat pump is quieter and much warmer. The team at Signature is great. Thanks for everything.

Above and beyond. Everyone went above and beyond with the installation of our new system. Bob did a great job of reviewing all our options with us, while helping us address some of the problems we’ve had with our existing system. The installers were courteous, clean and very professional. I would highly recommend Signature Heating, Cooling, & Indoor Air Quality.

Customer service was a mess.
Unfortunately this company bought out the original company that installed my heat pump less than five years ago.. The management had an attitude and when they did come out they said they did not bring the proper tools to fix the problem.they would have to make another visit($$$$).
When we called and asked about this we were told we were cancelled for another visit by management.Extremely unproffesional people from customer service to mangement.Do your self a favor and find a more reliable company.

Nice people, but they just want your money.
Do not go to this company! They tell you a certain price and then they arrive and charge you a different amount (they added on some energy charge for me). They installed a new heat pump for me 2 years ago. It is giving me problems and it is also tilted. They told me that it was not their problem and they refused to fix it. Terrible company. Find someone else for heating and cooling purposes!
I do admit they are nice people when they come out. Just overpriced and poor service.

Hi review90, we regret that you thought we were trying to sell equipment when you didn't need one. We try to explain as clearly as possible to our customers what is wrong and what it takes to fix it correctly once we can physically see the unit. If our technician recommended replacing equipment, there most likely was a good reason for it. If there is a low-cost, yet responsible alternative we can suggest, we will. But we do not offer solutions that do not actually fix the problem. Regarding your heat pump from 2009, we would like to review the specifics with you in detail. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have to disagee with the reviews placed before mine. I had a similar experience below, in which i have 12 year old unit and a technician (i cannot recall his name) came to my home at 1000pm to see what was wrong. When he came out, it turns out i had a bad motor as well. The specific motor needed for my system was not stocked on his truck (which is understandable beings that they promote "SERVICE on all makes and models 24/7".....not moving parts van. The technician had the parts ordered the next morning ( which the office called to confirm) and it was repaired that same day. If that is not accomodating i dont know what is. I cant say i agree with a review that says because a part is not stocked on the technicians truck, that this is an awful company??? Not to mention if you have a unit that is 10yrs old and it was 20 degrees, the fact that a repair needed to be made is quite understandable I would think. If i were you i would look into that replacement they were telling you about before you end up spending thousands of more dollars on repairs to your unit!!!!
