Don't go for a haircut!. The Aveda store in the Christiana Mall recommended this salon to me as "one of the best." I went there for a haircut and was so disappointed I wanted to cry! I told the stylist I was growing my hair out for my wedding and she proceeded to talk nonstop while she cut very severe, short layers. The cut was technically good, but exactly what I did not want. I will never go back there for any service since they appear to not listen to their clients. Afterwords, I found out a coworker went there for a cut and the same thing happened to her.

Very Relaxing. I travel from Delaware to Kennett Square to get my hair done. I would not even consider going anywhere else. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing. Highly recomended.

Thumbs Down. I do not normally visit this salon, but went there on the day of my wedding, along with my wedding party. There were only 4 of us and the appointments were all confused. The staff did not attempt to make any of this fun. One of the manicurists just wanted to leave, as she had her own wedding-but I did not need to know that! And the receptionist was horrible. She was rude and behaved as though we were an inconvenience. I was not happy with my hair and recommend NOT going here.
