WARNING; CUSTOMER BEWARE: I would absolutely warn anyone from being a patron at this store. I took a Kenneth cole watch in a few weeks ago and asked that they replace the battery (a simple task). The saleswoman there took it in the back and a few minutes later came back and said "the watch is totally broken; the new battery didn't make it start ticking, so do you want me to just throw it away?" Stunned, I said I would like to have the watch back. She then reluctantly furnished the watch and explained that she had "broken the glass front crystal anyway, so it may as well be tossed". She rudely handed it back and and turned away.

Now, I realize that a Kenneth Cole watch is not a Breitling, nor a Rolex but if this is how they treat other people's property, I have serious concerns about their ethical policies. I contacted the company via email 3 weeks ago and explained my experience (& received a read receipt that they had indeed read it) and yet they have not had the professional courtesy to supply a response (apology or otherwise).

Their customer service is severely lacking and I am astounded at their inferior professionalism and cavalier attitude. Bove can't even be trusted with a menial task of replacing a battery and when they damage your property they don't even apologize or offer to compensate in ANY way. I certainly wouldnt trust them with something as important and expensive as an engagement ring or special present (baby gift, etc).

My husband buys my jewelry at AR Morris in Greenville, DE and I would strongly encourage you to go there instead! I wish I had taken my watch there , then maybe I wouldn't be left with a watch in pieces and in the market for a new watch. I wouldnt trust them with a lollipop ring.
