Wonderful Experience. I usually do not write comments about places on a website but I had to share my experience at this Spa. I went there while I was visiting the Philadelphia area. I come to the Philadelphia area on business a couple times a year and try to visit a Spa when I get a little down time. I went on-line and thought the website was impresive so I thought i would try it. I had an excellent facialist by the name of Chloe. I was so relaxed by the time I was done I did not want to leave. My skin has never looked better! The only thing I was not impressed was the outside of the building. I pulled up in the car and was nervous about what it was going to look like inside. I must say never judge a book by its cover...

Overpriced Hair color in diry salon. first hair experience at the toppers in devon....very disappointing.I had to ask the sylist to remove the haircolor from my face and had 2 soaked shirts when I left. The hair area was filthy, why I waited for 40 minutes with color on, I looked at cob webs, dirt on floor and top of mirrors and hair color on the mirrors also. Very upset I have alot of money on a gift card to use yet that GREAT friends purchased for me. No one seemed concerned to my needs, especially my shirts(soaked at the neck and down) when I left. For $105 for root color and hair blown dry , I would rather go to hair cuttery.

Great service, but high prices. I sent my mom to Topper's for a 1/2 day spa, and they are pretty expensive for what you get. However, I did get my hair cut there recently by Heather, and I have been really pleased. She gave me a great cut with honest comments about a good choice for my hair type. She is a really enjoyable stylist to chat with; some of the other employees are a little uppity and don?t make me feel very comfortable. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Great experience!!. I went to toppers for a half a day with the spa lunch. I was really relaxed and enjoyed my pampering experience. I highly recommen this salon.
