cheap but inexperienced. Cheap and friendly, probably okay for a trim but has no idea how to do real cuts (like a bob) or color. Definitely avoid if you have dark hair, they don't know how to highlight dark hair or put funky colors in. It's also a little on the dirty side (hair and dust in the corners but not filthy by any means).
