Best Italian Food in Philadelphia, and best prices too!.
We discovered this place after moving into the neighborhood and wow, were we ever impressed!
The food is out of this world, the service is awesome, its only a few blocks from our home, the atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming, and the prices are hard to believe! I don't know how they make a profit, selling such large quantities at such low prices!
The chains cannot compare with Frank's!
