stop before you waste your time !!. I called Overhill Florist last evenig despite the unpleasant reviews on line only to substantiate what I read. I spoke with a nice gentleman who understood the importance of getting a floral arragement to a friend in the hospital nearby, the next MORNING b/c they were being discharged that day.! After hearing from the patient by 12:30 . I called the florist only to speak to the most insolent and inconsiderate OWNER. She was so rude for the incompetence of her business, that she herself cancelled my order after I told her I was writing this note !! She gave no apologies just a strong and defensive aurguement asking me why I would read negative reviews and call them?(I always try to give peple a chance) Why do people need to send flowers? hmmm for comfort and thoughtfulness ? Wrong business for someone who cannot polish up on customer service skills. Don't bother there are many other great florist in Phil. Pa

best ever. Had a great experience with sales person on the phone, great personal service. They offered suggestions on product choices and the recipient loved them

No problem with delivery,

Got what I asked for and paid for and more

Would use them again often

Terrible Florist. DO NOT USE!!! This florist is awful. They delivered flowers after work hours on Valentine's Day, then returned to my work to pick up the flowers because they wouldn't credit the card back unless they had the flowers back. This place is terrible and the flowers are already half dead...only 2 days later. I can't believe they sent a driver here to pick up old flowers! This is the worst florist I've ever dealt with! DO NOT PURCHASE FLOWERS HERE!!!

Poor quality and poor delivery. Do not expect to get any sort of value for your money. The first time I used this service the flowers were brown. I thought that this may have been a fluke, so I tried again- only to have even worse flowers delivered way past the time that they were due. The problem is that Teleflora uses them as well as some of the Center City florists- so you may get them even if you don't want them. Avoid at all costs.
