I come to the Cheltenham mall all the time to go to the movies and I recently found out that they are taking away my only means of entertainment in the community. How does building a target help the community. My rating of the mall is because the only time I go there is to go to the movies and I always have a good time there the staff is pleasant and they always give me good picks on which movie to see. Don't take the movies PLEASE!!!
