Best Hoagies in Philly. Carmens Cold Cuts is the place for the real thing in Philly food. They have the best Hoagies, great cheesesteaks, breakfast sandwiches, soft pretzels, anything you want in a deli, and they carry Stocks Pound cake from Kensington which just tops off the trip as far as I'm concerned. You can eat in or take out and the service is great. I travel 3 hours to get a carmens hoagie and it is worth every penny. I was born and raised in Philly and I have to go back for the food about every 2 months and Carmens is my first stop when I get there.
