Worst place to get your car repaired!. The people there are nothing but liars. I had two bad experiences with them. The first incident was when I had to go back to get my tires switched after six months (as they had promised "free tire rotations" every 6000 miles). The tires had started to wear off on one side by then...and when I inquired, they said it was because they didn't "align" the new tires/wheels when I purchased through them six months back. (they didn't tell me anything about alignment that time) - and this time I had to pay for the alignment and the tire rotation!

Two months later, I was unfortunate enough to go back to them for an engine oil leak. They took a diagnostic test and charged me $45 and "promised" to consolidate that if I had my car repaired by them. They printed out a quote of $1580 for changing my front right wheel axle and repairing the oil leak. - when nothing was wrong with my axle. They said that the oil leak has damaged my axle, and if not repaired it could cause an accident! Shocked at the quote, I drove off from goodyear without getting the repair done. Now my car started making squeaky noise from the front wheels. The noise was so loud that bystanders on the streets would notice my car coming. I took my car to a different shop the next day, and they gave me a quote of $780 for repairing the engine oil leak. And when I inquired about the "damage to the axle", the mechanic said that somebody bent the metal structure near the axle - which was causing the noise. In short, these scammers tried to rip me off!

Rip off bas-ards. I was quoted $32.95 for the oil change on a friday morning. I received a call that afternoon from the Service Mgr., telling me that I had been misquoted on the oil change price, as the required 5W-50 Synthetic Oil was quite expensive. He compromised on the mistake, telling me that he would charge me "Employee Price-$58.00, as opposed to the normal price of $84.00. I agreed. I went in to pick the car up on Monday, May 5. I went to the Cashier to pay, as required, before getting my car. I received a bill for $95.00!!!!! I asked what it was for and she said it was for the oil change. I told her I was promised a price of $58.00-she called the Service Mgr in-we recalled our conversation, he called it a "communication error", said he would fix it. The new bill came to $75.00. I went ballistic-why do these people continue to play these games? Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I believe the positive comments here have been written by the Service Mgr himself!

VERY SATISFIED!. I went here to purchase tires,after visiting two other tire shops.I thought the guys were very nice. They also had the best price and warranty,and were very fast. I would definetly recommend them to anybody.tance. I will never purchase tires from this place!!

TRULY HONEST AND DEPENDABLE SERVICE. I recently took my 2006 dodge caravan to the dealer (suppse to be the experts) for a check engine light. the first time there they told me a needed a sensor that cost 439.00 dollars! Of course they told me it wasn't under warranty. I left the dealer three blocks later the same light was back on!!! After three more days with my vehicle, I was told that I needed a computer.1200.00 dollars!! (NOT covered by warranty). After some double talking and no real answers from the service manager..I conceded and let them put the computer in,and was told this would definetly fix my car. I picked the car up two days later the light came back on!! (NOW IM REALLY MAD). I returned to the dealer told them the light was back on! Then they tell me it will be a couple of days to look at it!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! After some screaming and yelling I took my car out of there. My neighbor told me about bustleton tire and service and how good and honest they are. I took my car there. The guys up front were very accomodating,and said they had run into these types of situations before. They took my car in and in about two hours had found my problem. (A WIRE RUBBING AGAINST THE ENGINE) At first I was sceptical. Shouldn't the so called experts had found this!!! They charged me 24.95 to repair the wire! I have been driving the car for over three months (NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!!!!) I found MY EXPERTS!! I will never go anywhere else again for anything!!! I have told all my friends and family about bustleton tire and service. I really feel like this is the BEST place to get your car worked on.

TIRE PROFESSIONALS!!!. The guys at bustleton tire have more tire knowledge than anybody in this field!! I went in their store yesterday for a set of tires, they explained the difference between all the tires like I had never known. I learned more about tires in 20 minutes than i learned in 30 years of driving! They helped me pick out the right tires for my type of driving and the price was great!! I checked prices online before i went there, and Bustleton Tire gave me a better deal! They also had me out of there in less than 45 minutes! If your not sure what tire you need go see these guys they are absolutely fantastic!!
