great northeast spot. i have been going to zaccone's for years. they are hands down the best restaurant in the northeast, possibly the city! the food is fantastic. the chicken parm is a fresh, thin cutlet with homemade sauce; the meatballs are authentic italian style. the menu is basic italian, but they have daily specials that tend to be a little more creative. most meals come with soup or salad--get the soup--it's always homemade and delicious. the place is small and is great for the foodie who isn't hung up on decor. call ahead on the weekends to avoid a wait. the prices are great, and it's byob!

BEST ITALIAN FOOD ON THE PLANET. THIS RESTAURANT IS THE "BEST" BYOB IN PHILADELPHIA...IF YOU LOVE ITALIAN FOOD...GO TO ZACCONE'S...THEY COOK TREMENDOUS FOOD AND THEIR HOSPITALITY IS THE GREATEST.
