Unprofessional Cut. Very unprofessional cut. Woman didn't follow my instructions on how I wanted it cut. Did show a picture. Walked out of there with my hair completely uneven. My hair is so messed up. To afraid to have them fix it. They Wouldn't give my money back. Going to have to pay someone else to fix it. I will have to wait all summer to grow this mess out or have it much shorter than I wanted it. Think twice about going there.

they can hook it up. I have come into the salon and both times i had an awesome experience!!! The first time i went to Lauren and she really hooked up my hair...it was the best color and cut i had in a very long time!! Unfortunately when i came in after getting a reminder card she was off so i went to another stylist Tayna and let me tell you she was awesome....yet again my hair was hooked up!! now i know those 2 girls are the only ones i will go to!!! The other girls are great too however...they are polite and fun and the whole experience was a great one...holiday hair was the place to go to!!!! The staff and customer service is great!!! and not to mention clean!!!
