Horrible Customer Service.
Do not go here unless you need to get a cheap dress. It's so bad. I scheduled an appointment, but the lady helping me had to help a walk in as well. So my hour long appointment turned into a 2
hour day because I spent half the time standing there in the dressing room waiting for her to bring another dress.
I had to order a dress because they didn't have my size. That was 2 weeks ago. My sister got a call saying her wedding gown is in. She ordered a bridesmaid gown. So now for the past hour I've been trying to call them and no one answers and there is not an option to leave a voicemail.
Another awesome thing is that you set up an appointment and their corporate number calls you EVERY DAY. I bought a dress and they called the next day to see if I wanted to set up an appointment. SERIOUSLY?
Unless you need to get a cheap dress, don't go here. It's not worth the hassle.…
MJS Photography. I truly don't know what my husband and I would have done without MJS. The photographer was amazing, the pictures were great and when we didn't have the money they worked with us. I read all the reviews but because my husband and I only had $1800 and our photographer canceled on us and took $500 of our money. They worked with us through the whole process.
