Friendly, Professional and Gentle Groomers.. I needed a groomer for my elderly cocker spaniel. Four Paws was the closest to my home and I gave them a call. The appointment was very easy to make and the lady on the phone sounded very friendly.

I had made arrangements for a friend to drive us to the groomer, but he backed out at the last minute. I was very upset and I called Jo Ann to apologize and schedule another appointment. When Jo Ann answered, I told her that I had to cancel. This was 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Jo Ann asked me what was wrong and I explained that my ride didn't come through. She sent her son to pick up my dog and me. Can you believe it???!!

Jo Anns son, Rob, picked me up right away. I was invited to stay in the shop while my dog was clipped and I did. Jo Ann, Rob and I had great conversation and we even had lunch together. My dog was handled professionally and gently, as were the other 2 dogs that were there to be groomed. After the dog was finished, he looked, and smelled terrific! Both the dog and I were so happy.

I feel like I've made a couple of friends at Four Paws and intend to used them regularly. I've had a few cocker spaniels in my life so I have been to many groomers. Jo Ann ranks at the top. Great service, friendly and local.

I should also mention that my dog was WAY OVERDUE for his haircut and I felt very embarrassed. Jo Ann and Rob both made me feel welcome and showed no sign of judgment.
