Relaxed Atmosphere and Knowledgeable piercers. KELLAN'S grea. I was very nervous about getting piercings. But the piercers answered every question, gave me advice, and did not pressure me at all into getting it done. They really care about your health and safety rather than just making money. Kyle told me to wait to get my piercing until after my summer vacation so that I could enjoy without worrying about the care of a new piercing. I really appreciated their honesty and concern. My piercer Kellan was also very approachable, understanding, experienced and smart. He made sure I understood everything about the procedure, pros and cons, and the care of the piercing before we decided whether or not to do it. HE really took his time explaining and doing the piercing. So in response to those who complain about the long wait, this might be the reason why there's a wait. So really it's a good thing. The staff is really chill and they joke around with you yet still manage to keep their professionalism. the follow-up and support care is great. they even told me I could contact out of state piercers that they knew if I needed anything if I was away. I'm now a loyal customer. it's great! if you want a piercing, go HERE!…
Has gone slightly downhill recently. So yeah, the counter people are pretty terrible at their jobs but I don't go there for the counter workers. The piercers themselves have always been polite at worst, extremely friendly at best. My favorite piercer, Kevin Jump, no longer works there and I believe that some of the other long time piercers have also left. But it's still a clean safe place to get pierced.…
Terrible.. Absolutely terrible. The rudest, most condescending people I have ever encountered. An earlier reviewer had it right; just go next door to Tiki Tattoo... they're much nicer and far more professional.…
infinite body piercing. I was extremely dissatisfied with the service at this establishment. The counter clerk was not only obnoxiously rude but a complete incompetent idiot. For one, he missed quoted me prices when i asked him specific questions regarding jewelry and offered vague, unhelpful answers to all my questions. When told what i wanted to get pierced, it felt more of an interrogation, asking many invasive questions. I felt like i had to choose what i said to him wisely just so he would allow me the privilege of their services. My friend gave me more insight to what jewelry i was buying than the repugnant imbecile i was speaking to. Excuse me for not being knowledgeable about proper terminology, but correct me if i am wrong, the professionals are supposed to assist you in that. All i asked for was to get my nose re-pierced, but got a stuck up attitude from the whole staff. They were elitist jerks to say the least, just because they had holes the size of dinner plates in their ears, does not mean they are better than the costumers which come in. The piercing itself was done well, but the look my piercer gave me before sticking a needle into my nostril half terrified me. I would definitely not recommend anyone to go there, unless one wants to walk out with snickers and abhorrent commentary from the staff. -kojie…
Some issues here....... The counter service was downright rude-no people skills or no desire to even pretend to have them. They rush you and act annoyed you even exist as person. The guy was probably a dork in high school and now because he works as a counter person at a piercing shop thinks he is cool (news-flush, you still aren?t cool). Acting like a decent human being is obviously more than he can handle. However, the piercers are nice(r) and more than willing to answer any questions which slightly makes up for the rudeness at the counter. But, they still seem very busy and the feeling that it has to be a fast piercing is very obvious. But first impressions do last?. The jewelry is amazing, but I would still go somewhere else.…
