Under burgundy awnings or behind metal-grate-covered windows, stand rows of liquors and (improperly stored) wines approved by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. The state's convoluted liquor laws require beer to be sold at separate stores, and also limit the brands and vineyards available. Still, there are at least a few options for every variety of liquor, and wines from five U.S. states and seventeen countries.
