It is always impossible to get a drink in this place because everyone is crowded around the bar. In my opinion they have a lot of wasted space in the center of the bar that they could use for extra seating so it isn't such a pain to get a drink. I also am not a fan of the type of people that come here so I don't think Ill be going back.

This spot has gone way downhill, it used to be a fun place to go for drinks but the crowd it draws is so undesirable. No thanks!

Bouncers with an attitude. We have gone to this place many times in the past, but I will never go there again. It used to be pretty crowded on the weekends with decent music and dancing. The drinks have always been overpriced unless you go for happy hour. Last night a group of us went around nine. The place was completely dead, but that did not stop the bouncer from harassing us about every ten seconds and calling my friend names. This place has a reputation for bouncers with an attitude but this is the first time I experienced it. There is no reason to go to a place with expensive drinks, no atmosphere, and staff who treat you badly for no good reason. In my opinion South Streets bar scene has plummeted. Go to Old City.

The Big Easy (or big and easy) option for those touring South Street.. In Short
This Mardi Gras-themed chain may be familiar to those who have visited its other locations. The inside is decorated with neon beer signage, steel seating and televisions at the bar. Live bands occasionally perform for customers sipping on fruity drinks and MGDs. Finger foods are offered for those interested in fries with their pina colada, and in the summertime, al fresco drinking offers the opportunity to take in the sights and smells of South Street.

Great variety of Frozen drinks. Ok, it's not exactly the bar to meet people, it's not the bar to dance at, but it is the bar to chill, have a few awesome tasting drinks & chat with friends, & if you're into sports, watch the game. The food is tasty, I recommend the appetizer sampler, but what people really go to Fat Tuesday's for is the frozen drinks, there's no 'virgin' here, they all have grain, 151, or both, plus other alcohol, with flavors you'll find no place else. The strongest is the 190 Octane, it has quite the kick. A drink with a suicide shot (in a vial & you never know what it'll be) is $7 & well worth your money, a few drinks & you'll have quite the alcohol buzz going.......

Yummy!. Fat Tuesday's is the most delicious stop on the South Street crawl. If you don't sample at least 3 of the mouth-watering mixed drinks like the sweettart or octane you are missing some of the best drinks in the city!

fun with a view. This place has great frozen slushy mixed drinks....and you can sit outside and watch South St. A lot of the time they hand you those bead necklaces. They have a few fun arcade games in the back and foozball. The scene is more of a place to sit around and chat before going to the next club rather than hanging out there the whole night.. There isn't really much of a dance floor.
