Awesome Bagels !!!. Simply the most delicious bagels I've had in a very long time. Grew up in NJ in a very predominantly Jewish neighborhood where there were at least 4 bagel shops to choose from, all great & real bagels. Moved to Philly and could NOT find a decent bagel shop, until today. I haven't had a NY/NJ style bagel in, like, ages. I truly hate the bread bagels that are sold at the 2 so-called bagel shops in the 'burbs where I live. I will travel the 20 minutes again to get more of these awesomely delicious bagels.…
Best bagels. Great bagels and cream cheese, always fresh, the assortment of flavors is amazing. Be sure to try the chicken salad-delicious!
Great bagels. The bagels here are great. lots of variety, love the veggie, excited to try the onion. Large variety of cream cheeses too. No seating area - order your bagels and coffees at the counter and take to go. Coffee, not so good. Stinks to have to go to two different spots for your coffee and your bagels, but this is the only good place I've seen to get a really good bagel, esp since i'm used to H and H. :)…
Best Bagels. Huge selection of bagels and cream cheeses. We love their flavors, and interesting assortment. Coffee could be better, but their main product the bagels/cream cheeses are fantastic.
Hot bagels. The freshest bagels in the city. Try one of these and you may never be satisfied by a supermarket bagel again. South street bagels are made fresh every morning and walking into this steamy little shop, where you can see rigth into the kitchen, will have your mouth watering in no time flat. Popular flavors, like french toast, and bagel sandwiches are always available. But if you want specialty grains like Bialy be prepared to get up very early. They can sell out of some flavors by 7am!…
