Christmas Gift Thanks Guys. Came home from Christmas Eve dinner at a friends house. The house was ice cold. Heater would not turn on. They answered the phone, talked me through a temporary fix, and repaired my heater on Saturday the day after Christmas in the a.m.

City of Brotherly Love. I am from NYC and needed a fire damaged apartment in Philly winterized to avoid additional damage. I was in Philly for today only. I asked these people for help. Despite their busy schedule, they arrived late in the day and saved my job. Thank you very much!!!

BEWARE...NOT YOUR PLUMBER. My Plumber is not as great as these ratings show. I had heat when they came and they left me without heat in the dead of winter (Only 19 degrees outside) after I begged Bernie not to because I have an illness. He told me that the heat would work itself upstairs in about 4 to 5 hours. Now anyone with common sense knows that warm anything rises faster than cold. He knew it when he walked out the door. I went without heat for three days. He left air in my tank because he drained and refillled the system instead of purging it. There is a difference!He claimed he could not turn the screws on the valves to get the air out of the system. Well maybe Bernie needs to go to the gym, because Adam for Absolute Plumbing came in a he is much smaller that Bernie and he turned the valves installed a new valve and an air release valve for $195.00. My heat was on instantly and Bernie wanted to charge me $450.00 to do less. Wow. I NEVER write anything bad about anyone but I had to speak about this. He is NOT MY PLUMBER and he shouldn't be anyone elses. He didn't charge because he couldn't fix what he broke and didn't care if I froze in my home! Sad, Sad, Sad, but what goes around comes around. He will call on God when something happens to him or his family like I did when I freezing and now sick!!!!!!!
