In Short – Founded in 1961 in Colorado, Chart House now has more than 25 U.S. locations. The restaurants, many of which occupy historic buildings, draw on the local region's natural features, making each one unique. Fresh fish and seafood dominate the menu with offerings like jumbo lump crab cakes, mahi mahi and Australian lobster tail. For landlubbers, there's prime rib, filet mignon and N.Y. strip steak. Sweet finishes include hot chocolate lava cake and raspberry creme brulee.

Amazing!

I absolutely love this place. . The seafood is amazing, the atmosphere is great and the view is nice. The only bad thing about it is that It's EXPENSIVE. I would only go here for special occasions. Other than that, this is a great restaurant and I would definetely reccommend it.

Love this place, great food and outstanding service. I have been there now a dozen times, but this time it was on Christmas day. This place never disappoints!
HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT
by philly92 at Citysearch
This restaurant is my absolute favorite, favorite, favorite!!! My fiance took me there to propose to me and it was so awesome! For my appetizer I had the Delicious mushroom stuffed with Crab... It was ABSOLUTELY delicious. My entree was so tasty! And for dessert they brought me out some kind of cake... Although thats when the ring came out so I was more concerned about the ring than the cake! But by then I was Stuffed so I couldn't even eat the dessert... long story short I wouldn't prefer to go ANYWHERE else.
- Pros: On the water, Beautiful view, Great Sevice, Awesome Food
- Cons: NONE
A Romantic evening

I went here with my boyfriend over Fourth of July weekend! The view was just amazing! We sat by the window, which overlooked the river I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a place to celebrate that special occasion. We happen to have dinner right at sunset, the added bonus was that, we could see the fireworks at Penn's Landing in addition to various other displays going on along the river. It was breathtaking There was ample parking and we were seated as soon as we got there. We ordered an array of food from steaks to seafood- each course was just wonderful! The only complaint that I had was that there was a large group sitting near us and did not chose to use their indoor voice, so that was annoying. Overall it was a great dining experience and I will be coming back here in the future! It really was a perfect evening minus the extra conversation that was going on around us!!
- Pros: The amazing view- the romantic atmosphere, parking, food
- Cons: Large groups carry loud conversation!
