Bad food. I know a few friends that work there, and what they told me and others, will shock the hell out of you.

First..... The employee who smoke, do not wash their hands and they handle food.

Second...... No Girls there, wear any hair netting or so to hold their hair in place.

Third....... Management has their Favorites , who always make sure they get their hours.

If anyone is looking for a family Resturant, it sure isn't Johnny Rockets.

I been to many of them, as I travel a lot, and believe me........ This chain on South Street in Philadelphia, Pa. is the worst one ever!!!! No One will miss it , if it closed down.

Idea !! Will take this to the Health Board.

If they every want to make it a really nice place......... CLEAN UP YOUR ACT FIRST, THEN EXPAND THE CLOSING HOURS TO 1AM

A neon-lit trip back to the Eisenhower era comes with burgers, shakes and fries.. In Short
Vintage Coca-Cola ads and posters of Life magazine covers succinctly summon up the 1950s, as do this diner's mini-jukeboxes, red vinyl counter stools and sock-hopping staff. Besides fast food staples like hot dogs, cheeseburgers, tuna melts and onion rings, options like the Streamliner (a grilled veggie patty) acknowledge more modern dietary concerns. Even better for kids, sandwiches come wrapped in paper jackets and nearly everything is served on paper plates. No spills. No breaks. No tears.

good but small.... I like this place, because it takes me back. I love the burgers (i had the double-wish it was bigger) and the chilli fries. From time to time, i just places like these...burgers and a shake. Few places serves shake with burger (mostly beer). ppl there are always smiling-so that's cool.
