Fabulous!. These people are wonderful! I found that my refrigerator was no longer working on a Wednesday morning. The owner came out within two hours of my call to try to fix it. He did state that he thought the compressor was bad, but tried something. He told me if it didn't work they would credit my service charge to the purchase of a new unit. Well, he was right--the compressor was bad. So Thursday morning I went to the store, they had a refrigerator in stock that was perfect, and it was delivered Thursday afternoon! I can't tell you how thrilled I am with their care, their terrific service, their willingness to negotiate, and their ability to rush delivery. I can't imagine why anyone would have had a bad experience with this company. I talked to the owner and three different employees, and all were as nice as could be.

AJ Appliance Time Slots Horrible. Time slots are not customer friendly.. Find out the time the day of and in 3 hour time slots

I would recommend them anytime for service calls. i have used this company for 20 years. They are the most honest company that I've ever used . They may take on more than they can get to fast but the services are done right and I've never had to call back to re fix something. I have used others when I'm impatient and the cost is almost twice than AJ ,I've said no thanks and waited for them.in this business there are a lot of thieves and their not one of them. AJ prices are in line if not cheaper because of honesty. I have used them for the purchase of two central air conditioners and washer and dryer repair,and freeze repair one time visit .Only one time a part had to be ordered.

AJ APPLIANCE A DONT. The worst company I have ever worked with. My washing machine and dryer has been broken since Feb. and now that my 13 month lease is almost up, I'm glad I never really got the chance to have a waser and dryer. (not to mention the machine was BRAND NEW) worked for less than 2 weeks. So what does AJ appliance do... pretty much nothing. They don't show when they schedule appointments with you, and they don't call when they say they are. And for them to actually order a part you need....forget it. Working with them has been an absolute nightmare. ZERO STARS

never follow up. Once they come the fist time they never follow up with you on the job. HOrrible customer service, they treat you as if they were doing you a favor.

I would definitely not use them again.
