Ethiopian servers heave pizza-size platters of lamb, chicken and vegetables to diners while African men cheer on their favorite soccer teams in the adjacent bar.. In Short You know you're in the right place when you spot the colorful tile mosaic that adorns the outside of this West Philly African hangout. While the basic indoor décor isn't nearly as lively, the under-$15 platters of heavily sauced meats aim to make diners forget everything but what's on their plate. Although Queen Sheba is surrounded by other Ethiopian restaurants that also draw a mixed crowd of Africans, college students and hipsters, the Queen is notable for her bar that spills noise and people into the dining room, as well as the willingness of her cooks to bring patrons second and third and fourth helpings until they choke, "Enough."
