very rude customer service, it took them 6 hours from jfk to Bensalem. I will never use them again and will never recommend them.

POOR, SLOW SERVICE: I am not happy with the service we received from SuperTrans from Newark Airport to Bala Cynwyd. We had reserved the shuttle weeks in advance. Our plane was on time, but we were kept waiting at the airport for over an hour after we had picked up our luggage, then the driver took a really round-about route to get to our home -- first to Voorhees NJ, then way south of the Philly Airport then eventually to Bala Cynwyd. A trip that usually takes one and a half hours took two and a half. Along with the delay in pickup, we were home way later than expected. After a 12 hour flight, we were not happy. And the shuttle was noisy and uncomfortable.

Terrible Service. point blank. I took a ride from philadelphia to JFK, and it took them almost 6 hours to get there. They made me miss my flight, and I had to pay over $800 to catch another flight the next day. The bus driver went all over the city picking up people in different places. He could have just picked up everyone in one area. but no. he went back and forth through the city. Then, they stopped us in the middle of the city next to 12th and chesnut because we needed to change buses. Never go on philly shuttle. they have bad service and the AC wasn't even working! There's a lot of other good transportation out there!

Terrible Service, rude language, bad service. I had a pregnant guest arriving from Portland to JFK. The plane was delayed already for almost an hour, and the guest waited for 3 hours on the shuttle. The only promise made was to get everyone home in the same day, so my guest arrived at Center City Philadelphia at 11: 50pm, 7 hours later than her arrival at JFK.

During the span of waiting and waiting, I emailed their customer service just to get someone to pay attention to their delay. Guess what? They replied the following words:

"APPARENTLY, YOU HAVE NO CONCEPT OF WHAT A SHUTTLE RIDE IS"

And when they finally arrived, I asked the driver "What took you so long to get here?" Guess what? He started speaking loudly at me saying that why don't I drive a car to pick her up!

Gosh, I should have never believed a word recommending this kind of service. I sincerely blame myself for believing their service, and most important of all, believing them insulted my own intelligence.

Terrible Service - They Left Us Hanging For Hours. 5 of us reserved a roundtrip to and from JFK,including my elderly monther-in-law. When we called from JFK, they said it would be a 1/2 hour. Time passed and passed until we were waiting for 2 1/2 hours. Each time we called, the dispatcher lied to us about our van - he was almost there, the tire was flat, he was dropping off a passenger and would be there in 10 minutes and on and on. When we threatened to rent a car and bill Supertrans a van finally arrived. That driver said he had no information about us and we were not on his list!

We did not get home until 5 hours later. I will never use Supertrans again.

They made it easy!. We had to find a way to get from the Philly 'burbs to JFK without driving there ourselves. Fortunately, I found Super Trans online. Three of us picked up our ride in King of Prussia and were at JFK without a hitch 2.5 hours later. (Our driver, Israel, was friendly, helpful and great.) We also returned on Super Trans and, aside from waiting for other passengers to arrive (unavoidable but not too bad) we had the same experience on our way back.

We plan to use this service again in August.

Thanks to all for making our trip easy.

Great Service, I know I won't miss my flight!!. I have been using Super Trans for transportation to PHL for 5 or more years. I have only experienced excellent service. I have always done round trip service and the drivers have all been on time to pick me up. I always get to the airport on time with plenty of time to spare. I have never been late for or missed a flight. On my return trip there has sometimes been a little delay on pick up but that is to be expected at a busy airport. The drivers are friendly , helpful and professional. As long as I continue to get great service I will continune to call Super Trans. I would recommend them for your transportation needs

beware!. I made sure it was not my only experience with them before I wrote this review. I used the shuttle service 4 times. The dispatch told me it would take them 2-2,5 hours from JFK to The Radnor. He gave me the price for the trip that was higher than advertised on the web site. Explanation was: the gas price is high, we are working on our web site to adjust it...

The trip took 4,5 hours. When my wife called the company trying to find out what was going on, they gave her the phone number for the driver. First time it was wrong driver. When she finally called the right one, he advised her to call the company instead... The driver apologized, but couldn't do anything about it. Second time I used them, they dropped me off on City Line Ave, refused to go to The Radnor and charged my card full amount. I had to spend extra $50 for the taxi.

3 experiences out of 4 were a nightmare. I would never use them again. Please rent a car instead.

Super Transport - Very good service and worry free!. Super Transport promised to be very accommodating and they were just that. Our family has used this service on two separate occasions and each time we had peace of mind. Even with unexpected traffic and unforeseen complications, the company was very helpful. My son, and his family used the shuttle from south Jersey to JKF Airport. Each time, we felt very comfortable know that they would be taken care of, even in poor weather conditions. Traveling with 2 small children can be so troublesome, but Super Transport and the staff was great to the children. Thank you for doing your very best to help make their trip a pleasant experience. We will always use your service when traveling.

Super Trans tried its best to help me out. I booked Super Trans for a ride back from JFK. My flight arrived a little late and the shuttle left. I called the company and I was told that the next one wouldn't come for hours. I expressed my disappointment in having to wait and Joe from the office told me that he'll try to help me out. He called the driver, who turns out was on his way to Newark Airport. Joe told me that I could quickly ride to Newark Airport to catch up with the shuttle. So I caught a ride in another van to the Newark Airport where I caught up with the shuttle and had a smooth ride home. Joe was very helpful and responsive the whole time and communicated with the driver of the shuttle to make sure that everything connected smoothly. Joe tried really hard to help me out and he did, it was really nice to see that there was another human being on the other line, not just a voice that doesn't care - which often happens. I am glad I wasn't stranded in the airport for hours after a long flight. I really appreciate what Super Trans and Joe have done for me. Thank you.
