Best Bargain.
Karen is the best deal around. The salon is very homey and no frills like the expensive ones downtown. You will find treats and coffee on most visits. Karen does hair styles to please you. I even had my hair done red and blue for an event one time. Karen's is a true neighborhood salon that is worth a visit from anywhere in Philly.
