no title, just the truth. all i have the say is that chubby's is the S$@T!!!!!! great food great service and at a great price... been eating there all my life and will be til the day i die :-)

Great steaks that's worth the drive!. We are from NYC and just came back from Philly after a short weekend getaway. I've been to Dalenssandro's couple years ago and wanted to take my boyfriend there to taste how a good cheesesteak is supposed to be like. Sadly (but good) that Dalenssandro's was closed for vacation and we went across the street to Chubby's. To our surprise, this place is comparable to Dalenssandro's and way better than Geno's. Both my boyfriend and I love trying little local places instead of the big, fancy, well-known tourist traps. The steaks were huge, tender and juicy, and they served beer in an icy cold mug! We shared a cheesesteak with green peppers & onions, and a mug of Yuengling lager and it came out only $10 with tax and tips! Although it's a bit of a drive from the downtown area but it's definitely worth it!

Great!!!!!. These steaks are great!!!! Easily my favorite!!!! Way to go Chubby's!!!!! I really like Chubby's food, great job!

Best Place no one knows about. Yeah Pat's is great and what not, but Chubby's steaks are the absolute best. There chopped hot peppers are insanly great... and it is a nice place to sit and eat. Best around!!

Good stuff!. I have never eaten at Chubby's, but have gotten steaks for takeout. They are very good, as are the cheese fries. Good Philadelphia classics!

Best Cheesesteak in a Down Home environment. Sure the places downtown are famous, but who likes to be treated like cattle when you are getitng your steak. Chubby's booths make for a comfy place to enjoy a perfect steak. They mix their steak and cheese together into a perfectly goey cheesesteak symphony. complete the meal with an order of regular or curly fries and sitback and enjoy the ride.

Life's About Choices. At Chubby's make sure that you make the right choice. For me that right choice is their Chicken Cheesesteak with a Birch Beer or if you're in the mood--a 40. Also, choose the right booth to sit at with your group and bring quarters for the juke box.

Mmm...Tasty. Fresh roll, tasty steak. It's open until 2 am and serves cold beer to wash the steak down. It's definitely one of the better steaks I've had.
