Although im not from philly,i have been to roxy bagel several times on visits there.they have the best bagels i have ever tasted.Jim and annie are very friendly, they even took time out of their busy day to give me a tour and show me how the bagels are made.they have also been kind enough to send me bagels here in pittsburgh.i highly reccomend you try their bagels for yourself!…
