Best Blow Dry!!. If you’re tempted to feel like a Victoria Secret model with voluminous hair or you want to steal the show at an upcoming event or maybe you just need a little pick me…check out Tammi. The days of fine, flat, volume-less hair are over now that I’ve met Tammi. Those of us who haven’t been blessed with Giselle’s locks know that the chances of finding a stylist who does a good, full blowout are slim to none. But not when there’s a round brush, a.k.a. her magical wand, in Tammi’s hand. She pumps up the volume like never before and is also an artist styling every piece of hair into place. Her work lasts for four days and she’ll share her secrets for you to recreate the blow dry yourself. Personally, I choose to have Tammi blow out my hair twice a week because she makes me feel like I’m walking down the catwalk every day!

THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR TIME AND TALENT. I WAS GREETED WITH A WARM SMILE, AND WAS WISHED "HOPE YOU HAVE A REALLY NICE DAY" UPDON LEAVING. ITS THESE "ATTENTION TO DETAILS" ITEMS WHICH MAKE AN EXPERIENCE TRULY ENJOYABLE AND SATISFYING. I HAD A PLEASURE MEETING MICHAEL BACK IN JAN. HE GAVE ME A GREAT CUT, AND I ENJOYED OUR CONVERSATION. JEFF WAS THE FIRST STYLIST AT THE SALON I SAW, I REALLY APPRECIATED HIS CARE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL. I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT VISIT AT SALON L'ETOILE

Horrible experience. I have heard great things about L'Etoile and was in desperate need of a trim. I called and they put me with Tamara. I told her i like long layers and I just wanted a trim, no more than an inch. I am so upset with the outcome. My hair is choppy and hard to manage. Before she washed my hair, she suggested some texture. I told her I pretty much wash and go and that does not work for my hair. She did not listen at all to what I said! The ends of my hair have never been so frizzy. My hair is so chopped up in the back, I am forced to wear a ponytail everyday. And to top in off, my face framing is not even! I am very disappointed the experience as a whole.

I found Brook!. Brook has been my stylist for almost 2 years now and when I had recently called, they had said she had left. After about a week of trying to track her down, I found her. She is at Giovanni and Pileggi in Rittenhouse! I love the way she does my cut and color! Although they do offer waxing, I have not switched over there yet, Annie does such a great job on my eyebrows! I hope this helps out for all looking for Brook.

Jeff is great. Supernice salon. Jeff is awesome. I was really nervous going to a new hairdresser after going to the same one for years and years. He took time to ask me what I wanted and took the time to cut and style my hair before asking if there was anything I wanted him to change. It was great to have someone listen so carefully to what I wanted. The haircut I got was beautiful and looked way better than what I would get from my previous hairdresser. I would recommend Jeff to anyone.

Definitely go on a weeknight, the salon was pretty empty so it was nice and quiet. Plus then parking is easier. The only cons are the given cons of being located in Manayunk - its pricey and parking stinks. But the service and cut I got were definitely worth the money so I'll be back!

waste of time and money. It's a waste of money and time. They charge you but do not show the same attention for each customer. Spent 4 hrs, paid a lot and still did not get what I asked for. One has to ask and convince the hairdresser about things she should have done herself. Very unprofessional.

Great results, but salon seriously overbooks. For a rather pricey salon in a trendy area, Salon L'etoile has some pros and cons. My stylist is great, and he does a consistently good job on my hair color each time. On the other hand, all 7-8 times I have been to this salon, I've had to wait 10-15 minutes to be taken for my appointment (when the salon requests you arrive 10-15 min early)

The overbooking issue is really a problem. Every time my stylist is barely finishing my service, and running around to get the next appointment. There is always someone waiting. Also be sure to set plenty of time aside, as my appointments have never been less than 2 hours. Also watch the meters outside on the street- they only let you put in 2hrs worth, but the salon service always lasts longer!

Jeff is the best and I would recommend him to anyone!!!. I have been going to my friend's salon for years and was not happy with the results. I have naturally blond hair with a few highlights and people were beginning to ask me what color hair I "really" had. I told her she was putting too many highlights straight across the top of my head but she kept doing it. I decided to try a new salon and made an appointment with Jeff. He did a fantastic job. He fixed my hair and made it look wonderful and gave it it's natural look again. He gave me a beautiful cut and took the time to listened to me exactly. I would recommend him to anyone. He is fabulous.

Best service I have seen. It is good to see a business now days that takes pride in the work they do. They are friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. I would recommend Salon L'Etoile to any one .
