Worst Pizza Hut EVER!!!!!!!!!!!. I don't usually order from pizza hut since there is a papa john's right across the street my house. But tonight I decided to get some wings from the pizza hut that just opened near my house. I ordered online and received a confirmation email saying it would be at my house in 20 minutes. I hand't realized it but a whole hour had passed and my food didn't arrive yet. When I called they said it left at 10 p.m. And should be on it's way. By 10:30 my food still hadn't gotten here and I was starving!!! I called and they said they had voided my order because the delivery driver called twice and I didn't answer. I waited by my phone and I even came outside too see if he was wandering around. I am now STILL waiting for my food because they had to remake it. I call BS!! What happened to my food if you're a couple blocks away and you just came to my house?! Now I won't get my food until midnight!!!! Well at least I know what I'm having for lunch tomorrow!!! If you want quality service DON'T go to this location!!!!

This national chain is a household name, thanks to its deep-dish and stuffed-crust pies.. In Short

Never go to this place ever. My children and I have never been so humiliated in our whole life. I hope this place shuts down. After 20 minutes and two workers telling me to wait to be seated I seated my self and after almost 2 hours we were served last and never received forks and never got our whole meal. Then my son was called Papi twice and when he asked for his fork he was told my a waitress OH PAPI WANTS TO EAT WITH A FORK. Was he a dog should he have eaten his salad with his hands. I hope this place shuts down. We never ate and the manager wanted to take 50% off my bill for what we never ate. Needless to say I left without paying and never eating I asked for the manager's name before I left so I could report them and I was told you should of gotten that info when he came to your table I will do everything in my power to have them restaffed or closed all together. I really believe it was because I was the only Puerto Rican in there. Black people who were seated after me received there food and left before I got my salad plates. I hope no one ever goes in there again. They can't treat people like that. I would have really showed my behind off if it was not for the fact I was trying to show respect for the other families and their children.
