In Short – What was once a spot for Northern Liberties n'er-do-wells to drink on a Sunday night has become an after-hours destination spot for artists, musicians and drinkers of all stripes. The RUBA's (Russian-Ukrainian Boating Association) out-of the way location and maritime VFW-hall decor give it the feel of a hidden find. Where else can you stay up until 3am on a Sunday, drink cheap beer, play free pool and possibly mingle with up-and-coming rock stars?

Have to get up Monday Morning? You can rent the RUBA and throw your very own after-hours party. Call for rates and availability.
Know Before You Go:
The RUBA can stay open late because it's a private social club. They occasionally spot check for membership cards, but for only five bucks you too can become a card-carrying member of the Russian Ukrainian Boating Association.
