Outstanding Serivce

There's not much I can say that hasn't already been said when it comes to the outstanding quality and service of Spikes - except to name Frank Harte. He was amazing and helpful and extremely pleasant to work with - even when I requested 350 3'inch white cowbells and baseball caps with a logo with a semi-tight turnaround. In the future, whenever we need any type of trinket, hat, trophy, etc., I'm calling Frank first! Thank you so much, Frank, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy.

Spike's - perfect for every occasion, every need!

As the Exec Director of the UPenn Law Alumni and Development department, I've found myself frequently needing last minute or custom designed items for distinctive events or special honorees. No matter what the request, it’s always a pleasure to work with some of the nicest and fully service minded staff at Spike's. In particular, Steve Griffith has ensured that each job was done exactly to our specs and always in a timely manner. From straight forward items like donor recognition plaques containing hundreds of engraved names, room signage, organization banners and chair plaques to groundbreaking shovels and construction hardhats, the work has been outstanding. The attention to detail, the creative suggestions, the quick response time, the quality of the products and the reasonable pricing are all much appreciated. Even our "stick to the procedures" Business Manager encourages using Spike's because of the ease of working with their business process. I very highly recommend them for everything from the smallest engraved plaque to the largest building signage - you won't find anyone better.

Great Gifts!

I have a hard time finding quality gifts for my grad students. They don't often keep/like the traditional give-away items. I am always able to find items to please just about anyone with Spike's. Amanda has helped me order really high-quality messenger bags with our logo embroidered on more than one occasion. It is really satisfying to see the students walking around with them and actually putting them to good use. She is very responsive and comes up with creative ideas that get a great reaction.

This week I contacted her to order some new bags and I had a mock up and new pricing within minutes. The whole ordering process took so little time and was so easy. I wish all my vendors were more like Amanda.

Spike's Trophies saves the day

So the afternoon before the holiday party I get an "Oh by the way, do you think you can get an engraved trophy to hand out at the luncheon?"

One quick call to Nicole at Spike's solved my dilemma. It was ready on time (actually early) and it looked GREAT!

The recipient was thrilled. So were we.

Spike's Trophies Philadelphia - Beautiful Plaques

With my job, I am constantly placing orders for plaques and other awards. I always turn to Spike's Trophies, Philadelphia for their speedy delivery, excellent customer service, and great designs. They really are willing to go above and beyond, even engraving in Hebrew for us. I would definitely recommend Spike's to anyone wishing to impress!
