Excellent service. Best customer service experience I've had in Philly. Visited Bell and several other stores in the Philly area shopping for tile. Made several visits to Bell and the salesman I dealt with (Brian M.) was extremely patient and helpful. Even after I picked out my order and was ready to place it, he found something similar for about half the price.
