Excellent Customer Service.
My appointment was scheduled for 10:00am and I was in the chair at that time, no waiting. The stylist was helpful, especially since I had no idea what I wanted done with my hair. Because of the service I received I have no problem taking a ride from Tyson Corner, Va for my appointment......

THE BEST N DA CITY!!!. My stylist is Aida she is very punctual, mannerly, and efficient; her work speaks for itself. I visit the salon frequently and i must say that the professionalism is outstanding. The wait time is condusive to that of a hair appintment and not open heart surgery lol. Further, all stylist are BAD (meaning good) with natural hair and color and your hair will for sure be flawless. I LUV MY SHOP!!!

Best of the Philly Black Hair Salons. I had been wanting to try this salon for quite some time. I finally got my chance and I was not disappointed. The service was timely. I got there at 8:45 and was out by 11. I think that's pretty good. The staff was friendly, which is a plus. The young lady who washed and conditioned my hair was thorough and seriously on her job. When she blew my hair dry, she was careful not to damage it by combing and brushing too hard. I was most impressed with the stylist Aisha who styled my hair. She did an excellent job and I would definitely visit Ebauche again.
