Great Building!

Its a great builing, the value is incredible and the maintenance is first class (Sam is the best!) The only downside is that the other residents do not like change. Seems they like to complain about everything.

Gay friendly

• Pros: beuatiful, clean, spacious
• Cons: rude tenants, too many renters
