i go to the wayne location for massages. this weekend i couldn't get a massage because they were booked in wayne, but the staffer offered to send me to chestnut hill. i figured it was better to stick with what i knew, so rather than call another company, i would just go to the other store. i had a great massage there too.
Pros: great massage
Cons: no steam room here.

I must say that I was very impressed by the services and the whole look of the place. I have been to Toppers before and I had a not so great experience and it was way to cold in the facility. Anyway I love the choice of teas that they offer you in the waiting room and snakcs was very nice. I spent a full day at the Spa and they even feed me lunch. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend anyone to this spa. Also take cash for the tips.
