Part of this bakery's charm is that you have to know where to look for it--about five blocks beyond the clusters of specialty shops and restaurants that make up Chestnut Hill's shopping district. This bakery is the BEST next to my neighborhood bakery (I won't mention their name) but this bakery has great cakes. The Icing on the cakes are not very sweet it's just perfect!

My family has been going to this bakery since I was a child and it's still as memorable. The staff is so friendly and I can pop in any day to get a birthday cake for my kids or if I have a craving for their incredible frosted brownies. They get more creative every year! What a gem of Philadelphia.
