The following review from another site says it all: "SUSPICIOUS REVIEW ALERT! ALL OF THE DOZENS OF FIVE STAR REVIEWS HAVE IDENTICAL GRAMMATICAL ERRORS AND WERE POSTED WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF EACH OTHER. THAT SUGGESTS THAT ONE PERSON (THE OWNER?) WROTE ALL OF THEM! PRIOR TO JUNE, 2011, ALL REVIEWS AT ALL WEBSITES RATED DENNIS AUTOMOTIVE ONE STAR. THE GOOD REVIEWS MYSTERIOUSLY STOPPED ABOUT A YEAR AGO, A MERE SEVEN MONTHS AFTER THEY STARTED! DENNIS AUTOMOTIVE SPENDS SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS EACH WEEK ON ADVERTISEMENTS IN THE NORTHEAST TIMES AND ELSEWHERE TO LURE IN NEW CUSTOMERS WITH FAKE BARGAINS. MANY OTHER LOCAL AUTO REPAIR SHOPS HAVE NEVER ADVERTISED BECAUSE THEY ARE HONEST AND CAN THUS RELY ON REPEAT BUSINESS. READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS FOR DENNIS AUTOMOTIVE FOR PROOF. READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS WRITTEN BY REAL CUSTOMERS AND IGNORE THE PHONY FIVE-STAR REVIEWS POSTED BY THE OWNER! I AM A FORMER CUSTOMER OF DENNIS AUTOMOTIVE WHO WAS CHEATED BY THEM. THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS, TRUST ME!"

IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ! The positive reviews are completely fake. All of the Internet reviews for Dennis Automotive were very negative until June, 2011, after which 160 obviously bogus reviews (all of which have identical grammatical errors and seem like advertisements) appeared on this website. Mysteriously, the good reviews ceased in May, 2012 - a mere 11 months after they started! I am a former customer of Dennis Automotive, as are several people whom I know in real life. We all agree that Dennis Automotive is in business to bilk unknowing consumers out of their hard-earned money by persuading them to agree to expensive, unneeded repairs. We recommend any repair shop over Dennis Automotive. That is, unless you like to be cheated out of your hard-earned money!

Even though I know nothing about cars and even when I explain the problem or weird sound, they just take care of it without charing an arm and a leg. I love them and they are fantastic!

Treat Me Right. Dennis Auto has always treated me right. Very honest and up front about everything. They never do unnecessary work without consulting me first. I highly recommend them to anyone.

nice job. I love these guys....finally a place that your car can call a second home. Dealerships may come and go however Dennis Auto will be there for you and your car. I have been taking my auto there forever really; whether it is for a quick and easy oil change or for any major warranty work I can count on them giving me true value on services rendered. A safe and friendly auto place...thank you to all the smiling guys I appreciate all of your hard work through out the years! See you soon ~

same gret customer service. The crew here is very personable and helpful. They are also fair and honest. I have been going to them for awhile and have always received the same great customer service.

excellent customer service. I did not have to wait long to be seen. They were very helpful and went above and beyond to get your repairs done. The staff was very friendly and addressed all of our concerns.

Thank you!!. My car would not start after work so my friend at work called Dennis Automotive. He said he takes both his cars there and they are very fair! I said ok and I am so impressed with the work they did! Thank you for being there and fixing my car for such a low price!!
